The General Manager is responsible and accountable for all restaurant activities, and assumes complete responsibility for the restaurant as necessary. The General Manager works to ensure that all activities are consistent with and supportive of the restaurants business plan. The General Manager ensures all employees (Shift supervisors and Team members) are performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations in all areas of their job descriptions.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. College Degree preferable. Good verbal and written communication skills; is capable of communicating effectively with guests and co-workers.

Experience:
2-3 years management experience (preferably restaurant experience including full-service, fast food or fast casual). Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

License & Transportation:
Must have reliable personal transportation, a valid drivers license and proof of insurance.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:Demonstrates and/or possesses the following:
Basic knowledge of computers and software.
Financial/analytic aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P & L management.
Ability to get results through others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
